Project & Site Conditions
Lead Time: We strive to meet estimated timelines, but lead times can be affected by factors beyond our control, including production delays, transportation issues, labor shortages, natural disasters, or human error. We appreciate your understanding.
Required Site Conditions: For the safety and efficiency of our installation team, the Client agrees to the following:
- Clear Workspace: The installation area must be clear of furniture, personal items, and plants before our team’s arrival. While installers take every precaution, Glass Master is not responsible for damage to items left within the designated work area.
- Safety Footwear: In compliance with safety regulations, our team is required to wear protective footwear at all times while on-site.
Post-Installation Responsibilities: Our scope of work is focused on the professional installation of your product. The client is responsible for the final cleaning of the work area and any necessary patchwork (e.g., drywall, paint).
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Window: To cancel an order, the Client must call and email Glass Master within 24 hours of placing the order.
Custom-Made Products: All products are custom-fabricated to the specific measurements of your project and cannot be repurposed or used for another opening. Once production has begun (i.e., glass is cut or hardware is ordered), the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, the customer remains responsible for the full contract price.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, and we request settlement within 7 days.
- Preferred Method: Check upon completion of installation.
- Other Methods: ACH Bank Transfer, Zelle, PayPal, and all major credit/debit cards.
- Processing Fee: Payments made by credit card or digital wallet are subject to a 2.99% processing fee.

Collection Costs & Right to Lien: In cases of non-payment, we will make every effort to collect the debt. The client is responsible for all costs incurred in collecting the debt, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and court costs.
Furthermore, in the event of non-payment, Glass Master expressly reserves all of its rights to file a mechanic’s lien (construction lien) against the property where the work was performed, in accordance with Washington State law (RCW 60.04). By entering this agreement, the Client acknowledges they have been made aware of these lien rights.
